RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
30 Day Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund provided that they are returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order, are unworn, and in their original and resalable condition.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items, and you must cover the cost to return the original item(s) to us.
IMPORTANT: To initiate a return or an exchange, please email support@3blackdot.com. In most cases, you will receive a response within 48 hours with instructions. Please don’t return any items without contacting us and receiving a response first.
When returning items, please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in the post. We strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as we will not take responsibility or issue refunds for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
In rare cases, we may accept a return outside of the 30-day return period. In such a case, we will issue the customer a “store credit” for the amount due, minus an admin fee of $5.00 (no shipping costs will be refunded).
Return Processing
For returns, we will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 1-3 business days. This will be minus any postage charges. Please allow any refund, time to show up in your account or on your card.
Exchanges
Upon receiving your item for exchange we will inspect the items and if it complies with our standard stated above we will then process the order and dispatch the new item(s) within 1-3 working days. Standard shipping time will apply on top of the processing time. If any problems occur with your exchange, such as size desired or color being sold out or item not passing inspection, we will immediately notify you by email.
International Returns & Exchanges
Please mark 'Returned Items' on both your parcel and on all paperwork enclosed to try to prevent it from incurring import charges and taxes. We are not responsible for any return custom charges made.
Limited Edition Items
LIMITED EDITION items cannot be exchanged and can only be returned for store credit within 14 days.
Sale Items
SALE items cannot be exchanged and can only be returned for store credit within 14 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged depending on supply.
